Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to feel confident when you purchase ClawdGo. This policy explains how refunds work for both the one-time setup fee and the ongoing monthly subscription.

Setup Fee Refund

You may request a full refund of your setup fee within 7 days of purchase, provided that your AI assistant has not yet been set up.

  • Eligible: If you purchased within the last 7 days and we have not yet begun setting up your AI assistant, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.
  • Not eligible: If your AI assistant has already been set up and delivered, the setup fee is non-refundable. This is because each setup involves personalized labor, custom configuration, and third-party costs that cannot be recovered.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

Monthly Subscription

Your setup fee includes your first month of service at no extra charge. Starting from month 2, you pay a monthly fee to keep your AI assistant running:

  • Starter plan: $39/month (hosting and AI usage included)
  • Pro plan: $69/month (hosting and AI usage included)

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the billing portal. After cancellation:

  • Your AI assistant remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund of your setup fee, email us at support@clawdgo.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address you used to purchase
  • Your order date
  • The reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24-48 hours.

Our Commitment to You

We are committed to making sure you are happy with your AI assistant:

  • Complete Your Setup: We will ensure your AI assistant is properly set up and functioning as described.
  • Provide Support: We offer support during your plan's support period (30 days for Starter, 60 days for Pro) to resolve any issues.
  • Fix Issues: If something isn't working as expected due to our setup, we will fix it at no additional cost.
  • Clear Communication: We will keep you informed throughout the setup process.

Exceptional Circumstances

In addition to the 7-day setup fee refund, we may consider refunds at our sole discretion in these situations:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Technical Impossibility: If we are unable to complete your setup due to technical limitations on our end (not due to issues with your accounts or login credentials).

Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with details if you believe your situation warrants an exception.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We are happy to work with you to resolve any concerns. Please reach out at support@clawdgo.com.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in collection actions and reporting to fraud prevention services.
